·        Saint Joseph Parks and Recreation will host a senior’s exercise program three times a week at 9:00a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at the St. Joseph Township Building.  The program meets for 30 minutes.   Click Here for a participant form or one can be mailed to you by calling the parks and recreation department at 469-9504.  Cost is $2 per class.
